Dave Johnson, National Camera

At yesterday's FSSP Camera Club meeting, the kind and generous, Dave Johnson from National Camera did a presentation on portrait photography.  As you can see, with the the right lighting and pose, you can make anyone look good.  Doug and I thank you Dave.

Besides all the lighting and posing techniques, I did learn something about most nature photographers - they don't like to have photos taken of themselves.  Here are so of the brave people that were willing to pose.

There is another way to get shots of camera shy people, have them pose with a group.  Too bad so many people had left by the time we got around to taking this one.  I also need to thank Leon for taking the photos, that's him and his camera shy Ruth wife, in the front row left.
